Project titled “Implementation of Production of Coils with Corrosion-Protective Coating at TECHSPRING Sp. z o.o.”

The project aims to diversify the company’s operations by introducing the production of copper coils with a protective coating against harmful external factors and to increase the scale of operations through the modernization of the existing machinery park.

Scope of the project:

– Purchase of fixed assets – CNC machines for forming coils and springs from wire with rotary wire feeding for bending, winding springs, coils, and 3D parts – 4 units, and a measuring device – optical projector – 1 unit with optimal technical and economic parameters from the perspective of the project’s goals.

The project will be carried out in Bielawa, ul. Grunwaldzka 2, from 01.02.2024 to 31.12.2024.

As part of the project, the Applicant aims to achieve the following objectives:

– Increase competitiveness through: – implementation of innovative copper air coils protected with an anti-corrosion coating, increasing the company’s production capacity and improving energy efficiency;

– Enhance the company’s innovation in the region by introducing an innovative product with parameters unprecedented in the European market (the developed liquid substance, once applied, will leave a protective film on the copper surface that prevents oxidation for four times longer than without protection; additionally, the use of the protective substance will create a weld point atmosphere that allows higher quality connections of welded elements using lower energy in resistance welding);

– Diversify the company’s production – introducing a new product to the market will allow the Company to expand its business scope and obtain an additional revenue source;

– Expand the existing technical infrastructure (project implementation involves investment in tangible assets).
